Welcome to MyCoach™ Soccer ("MyCoach™", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCoach™ Soccer app and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using MyCoach™ Soccer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

MyCoach™ Soccer provides football training, session creation, skill development, team, and related digital tools for players and coaches.

You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

- use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

- interfere with the app’s operation or security

- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you

- copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by law

- upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, offensive, infringing, or misleading

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use MyCoach™ Soccer. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with appropriate parent, guardian, or coach involvement where required.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features of MyCoach™ Soccer.

You are responsible for:

- keeping your login credentials secure

- all activity that occurs under your account

- ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Sign-In Methods

MyCoach™ Soccer may support sign-in using email/password and third-party identity providers such as Apple or Google.

Your use of third-party sign-in services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases

MyCoach™ Soccer may offer:

- auto-renewable subscriptions

- one-time purchases

- credit packs

- premium or supporter features

A. Billing

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform providers, not by us directly.

B. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your platform account settings before the renewal date.

C. Credits

Credits are digital in-app units used for certain app features. Credits may be granted through purchases, promotions, or other activity.

Unless required by law or platform policy:

- credits have no cash value

- credits are non-transferable

- credits are non-refundable once granted or used

- unused credits may be lost if your account is terminated for misuse or as otherwise allowed by law

D. Availability

We may change, add, remove, or limit purchase options, credit pricing, features, or availability at any time.

6. No Professional or Medical Advice

MyCoach™ Soccer is designed for training, education, and development purposes only.

The app does not provide:

- medical advice

- diagnosis

- treatment

- emergency services

- guaranteed athletic outcomes

You are responsible for using sound judgment and obtaining professional advice where appropriate, especially regarding injury, health, fitness, or safety.

7. User Content

You may provide or upload content such as:

- profile details

- images

- team content

- chat messages

- session-related content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the app.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or share.

8. Team and Community Features

If you use team, chat, or sharing features, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe content or behaviour:

- violates these Terms

- creates risk for users or the app

- is abusive, unlawful, threatening, or infringing

9. Intellectual Property

MyCoach™ Soccer, including its design, branding, software, content, features, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

10. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MyCoach™ Soccer at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that:

- the app will always be available

- the app will always be error-free

- all features will remain available forever

- generated sessions, recommendations, or outputs will always be accurate or suitable for your needs

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MyCoach™ Soccer if:

- you violate these Terms

- we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

- continued access creates risk to us, other users, or the service

- we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the app at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCoach™ Soccer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including that:

- the app will meet every requirement or expectation

- the app will be uninterrupted or error-free

- generated training content will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate

- the app will lead to specific performance or development outcomes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCoach™ and its affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of MyCoach™ Soccer.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the app will be limited to the amount you paid to use MyCoach™ Soccer in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCoach™, its affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

- your misuse of the app

- your content

- your violation of these Terms

- your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Privacy

Your use of MyCoach™ Soccer is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of MyCoach™ Soccer after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
