You can request deletion of your My Coach account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account in the My Coach app
1. Open the My Coach app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm that you want to delete your account.
If you cannot access the app, ff you are unable to access the My Coach app, you can request account deletion by emailing: support@mycoachapp.com.au
Please email us from the email address linked to your My Coach account so we can verify the request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with your My Coach account, including your account profile and app account information.
What data may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Retention period
Any retained data will only be kept for as long as required for the purposes listed above, then deleted or anonymised.
